Returns and refunds
If you are a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Seller: B S SRL, Via Padre Reginaldo Giuliani 10, 20900 Monza (MB), Italia, P.IVA 07190690961.
1. How to notify withdrawal
Within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you indicate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, send a clear statement to info@miogattoai.com or through the Contact form, including order number, name and products. For orders delivered in separate parcels the period runs from delivery of the last item.
Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
2. Returning the products
We reply with instructions and the return address valid for your order. You must send the products back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal; the deadline is met if you ship before it expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods only if you were informed of it before purchase; otherwise we bear it. Orders already placed keep the conditions communicated at the time of order. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard, the difference is not refunded.
We refund using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Faulty products: legal guarantee
Separately from withdrawal, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity for defects existing at delivery that become apparent within 2 years (Italian Consumer Code, art. 128 ff.). To report a defect, write to info@miogattoai.com with your order number; photos or a description help us handle the case but are not a condition for exercising your rights.
For a defect you are entitled, free of charge, to have conformity restored (repair or replacement) or, in the cases provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. You do not bear the cost of returning faulty goods.
Statutory exceptions
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons which were unsealed after delivery (art. 59(e)).
- Withdrawal is reserved to consumers and does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
