Balls and movement toys help indoor cats chase, push and hunt. In automatic mode the interactive bouncing ball moves on its own and changes direction when it meets an obstacle; it is 60 mm in diameter and comes in yellow or orange. The three-level tower toy has balls that spin in tracks: your cat chases them and pushes them with its paw.
When choosing, think about your cat's character: the tower is a toy it can use on its own, while the automatic ball should be used under supervision and put away after play. Rotate the toys instead of leaving them all out, so they stay interesting for longer, and check from time to time that no parts are damaged. The ball tower is included in several kits, and the interactive ball in the Complete Kit and the Play and Scratch Kit.
